Senior wrestler Luke Miller featured in episode of NCAA on Campus

ADA — Senior grappler Luke Miller has been a standout on the wrestling mat and in the classroom during his four years at Ohio Northern.

In addition to becoming a national champion in the 157-pound weight class last season, Miller has also earned status as a two-time All-American, Academic All-American, OAC Wrestler of the Year and numerous other honors.

NCAA on Campus visited Ohio Northern in December to film an episode featuring Miller and his work on the mat and in the classroom as a civil engineering major.

The video also features senior baseball player Adam Yunker as host, as well as commentary from head coach Ron Beaschler and Dr. Eric Baumgartner, the dean of the T.J. Smull College of Engineering.

Miller finished the 2010-11 season with a 24-3 record and another OAC individual title at 165 pounds. Later this week, he along with junior Mick Letcher and sophomore Kyle Kwait head to LaCrosse, Wisc. for the NCAA Divsion III Wrestling Championships.
