Five Men's Swimmers named Academic All-OAC

ADA -- The Ohio Northern men's swimming & diving team had five members selected as Academic All-OAC in voting done by the league's 10 faculty advisors.
Senior Jeff Zeleznik, junior Rob Roll and sophomores Brian Heilbronner, Chris Hoffman and Jason Luthman all earned the honor.
Zeleznik earns his second consecutive Academic All-OAC accolade.
The exercise physiology major placed fifth in the 400 I.M. and eighth in the 1,650 free at the OAC Championships.
Roll earns his first Academic All-OAC honor.
He is currently majoring in finance.
Heilbronner, a a pharmacy major, earns his first Academic All-OAC selection.
He placed fourth in the 200 back, seventh in the 100 back and ninth in the 100 fly at the OAC Championships.
Hoffman was part of the OAC Champion 800 free relay team and was also All-OAC in the 500 free.
This is the first Academic All-OAC honor for the computer science major.
Luthman owns a triple major in biology, chemistry and mechanical enginnering.
He earns his first Academic All-OAC nod and was All-OAC in the 100 and 200 breststroke.
The Polar Bears won their ninth straight OAC Championship and will send four swimmers to the NCAA Championships in Shenandoah, Texas on March 20-23.
