Wednesday's Meet: The Ohio Northern women's track and field team will complete its regular season at the Mount Union Last Chance Meet at Mount Union Stadium on Wednesday ... Field events will start at 2 p.m. while running events will start at 4 p.m. ... Athletes from all 10 OAC schools are expected to compete at the non-scoring meet ... The meet is the last chance athletes have to try qualify for the NCAA III Championships field ... On the national level, the NCAA announced field sizes of 17 individuals and 14 relay teams for the 2021 NCAA Championships May 27-29 at Greensboro, N.C. ... Two Polar Bears are currently listed in the top-20 in their respective events ... Junior Nate Dean currently ranks 20th in the 200 with a season-best time of :21.63 needs to run at least a :21.59 to get into the top 17 ... Junior Andrew Buderer is 20th in the Pole Vault (4.79 meters) and needs to clear at least 4.82 meters to get back into the top 17 ... Two more Polar Bears are within striking range of qualifying in other events ... Junior Luke Shellhaas is 52nd in the pole vault (4.56m) ... Freshman Keegan Digby is 43rd in the shot put (15.06m) ... In all, 12 Polar Bears are expected to compete in the meet.
