BLUFFTON - Junior Aashir Patel (Schaumburg, Ill./Conant) won Medalist honors in record-breaking fashion, leading the Ohio Northern men's golf team to a third place finish Saturday and Sunday in Bluffton's 2025 Beaver Fall Classic.

  • Ohio Northern finished third of nine teams with a 14-over par 590.

  • Patel broke the ONU Men's Golf school record with a 6-under-par 66 on day one of the tournament.
  • ONU head coach Chad Bucci is 452-406-16 in his 13th season at the helm of the men's program, a winning percentage of .528.
