Volleyball ranked No. 25 in Week 4 AVCA Poll

ADA — The Ohio Northern volleyball team is ranked No. 25 in the AVCA/TARAFLEX NCAA Division III Volleyball Week 4 Poll, which was released on Tuesday.
The Polar Bears received 205 points in the poll and dropped one spot from last week when they received 332 points and were ranked 24th nationally.
ONU is coming off tough matches against No. 19 Mt. St. Joseph and No. 17 Transylvania (Ky.), falling 3-2 to the former and 3-1 to the latter in last Friday's OAC/HCAC Challenge at Otterbein.
Transylvania is No. 15 in this week's poll, while Mt. St. Joseph is No. 18.
Defending national champion Juniata (Pa.) is the top-ranked team in this week's poll, and Hope (Mich.) is No. 2.
Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Northwestern (Minn.) and Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (Calif.) round out the top five.
The Polar Bears (9-4 overall) return to action on Wednesday at Ohio Wesleyan at 7 p.m. before opening Ohio Athletic Conference play hosting Mount Union on Saturday at 1 p.m. Both of those opponents received votes in this week's poll, coming in at Nos. 27 and 28, respectively.
