Volleyball ranked No. 14 in this week's AVCA Poll

ADA — The Ohio Northern volleyball team is ranked No. 14 nationally in this week's American Volleyball Coaches Association Poll, which was released on Tuesday.
The Polar Bears received 1,124 points in the poll.
Ohio Northern (14-1 overall) is down one spot after earning a No. 13 ranking in last week's poll.
The Polar Bears enter play this week riding a five-game win streak with each of those victories coming by way of 3-0 sweeps.
Northern defeated Ohio Athletic Conference foes Muskingum and Marietta last week and is 3-0 in conference play.
Johns Hopkins (Md.) is the top-ranked team in the poll with 2,245 points and 85 first-place votes.
Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (Calif.) is second with 2,161 points and four first-place votes while Trinity (Texas) is third with 2,017 points.
There are two OAC schools in this week's poll, as Otterbein (13-2 overall) is ranked No. 25 with 174 points.
Northern will next take the court on Wednesday at 7 p.m. when it hosts Baldwin Wallace at the ONU Sports Center.
