Preview: No. 25-ranked Ohio Northern will continue its 2017 season Friday and Saturday at the Illinois Wesleyan Barker Chevrolet Classic Invitational ... The tournament, which features five teams, will see four matches played on Friday evening and four contests on Saturday morning and afternoon ... On Friday, Northern will play #22 Elmhurst (Ill) at 5 pm (CDT) and host Illinois Wesleyan at 8 pm (CDT) ... ONU's Saturday opponents are DePauw (Ind.) at 11 am (CDT) and Aurora (Ill.) at 2 pm (CDT) ... In addition to Elmhurst with a #22 national ranking, DePauw received the 27th-most votes in this week's AVCA poll and Illinois Wesleyan received the 26th-most votes in the AVCA Preseason Poll this year ... Ohio Northern is led in 2017 by sophomore McKenna Jordan with 58 kills and sophomore Chelsea Huppert with 49 kills and 20 blocks ... Senior All-American Megan Nieszala leads the team with 83 digs and ranks 9th all-time at ONU with 1,370 career digs ... Senior Haley Potters currently ranks 5th all-time at ONU with a .302 career hitting percentage.
