Women's Outdoor Track & Field jumps to No. 8 in latest USTFCCCA power rankings

ADA — The Ohio Northern women's outdoor track and field team remained in the top-10 in the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) power rankings, released on Tuesday evening.
The Polar Bears are ranked in the top-10 for the fifth time this season after being ranked No. 5 and No. 10 in the first two weekly editions, No. 9 in the fourth weekly edition of the rankings and now No. 8 in the sixth weekly rankings.
ONU received 84.84 points in the rankings, while Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (Cal.) is ranked No. 1 with 141.09 points, Wis.-Eau Claire was ranked second with 135.61 points and UMass Boston rounded out the top-3 with 135.15 points.
The Polar Bears return to action at the Dr. Keeler Invitational at North Central (Ill.) this weekend from May 10-11.
