Farber leads Women's Track & Field at Sparky Adams Invitational hosted by B-W

BEREA - Senior Brittany Farber had three top-three finishes to lead the Ohio Northern women's track and field team to a solid performance at the Baldwin-Wallace Sparky Adams Invitational on Saturday.
The meet was a non-scoring event.
Farber placed first in the 200-meter dash in 27.13 and third in the 400-meter dash in 58.51, a season-best time.
She joined freshman Jordan Buchanan and sophomores Ashley Sottoway and Ashton Dennen to place second in the 4x400-meter relay in 4:16.36.
Also placing second for the Polar Bears was junior Aubrie Stechschulte in the pole vault with height of 11-9.75.
Freshman Vicki Moga placed fifth in the high jump with a height of 5-1, while another freshman, Casey Adamick, placed sixth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 13:14.36.
Rounding out top-10 performances were freshman Emily Blum, who placed seventh in the triple jump with a distance of 31-0, and Sottoway, who placed ninth in the 400-meter hurdles in 1:08.58.
The Polar Bears return to the track next weekend for the OAC Championships at Mount Union.
