Women's Tennis to face Hope (Mich.) in first round of NCAA III Tournament in St. Louis

ADA — The No. 40-ranked Ohio Northern women's tennis team will face No. 33 Hope (Mich.) in the first round of the NCAA III Tournament in Saint Louis, Mo.
Northern (18-4 overall) will face the Flying Dutch (16-7) on Thursday.
The ONU-HC winner will advance to the second round to face tournament host and No. 3 ranked Washington (Mo.) on Friday.
The third round will be held at Washington on Saturday.
Times of the matches will be announced later.
The Polar Bears are making their ninth NCAA Tournament appearance in program history overall.
Ohio Northern earned the Ohio Athletic Conference's automatic bid by winning the OAC Tournament title with a 4-0 victory over Otterbein on Saturday.
ONU also won the OAC regular season title with a 4-0 mark.
The Polar Bears have now won nine OAC Tournament titles and 10 OAC regular season championships in program history.
Hope reached the NCAA III Tournament by earning the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association automatic qualifier by winning the MIAA Tournament title 4-0 over Calvin (Mich.)
