Women's Swimming and Diving falls 154-81 at Baldwin Wallace

BEREA — The Ohio Northern women's swimming and diving team began the 2026 portion of its schedule with a 154-81 loss at Baldwin Wallace on Saturday.

• Records: Ohio Northern (3-3 overall, 2-1 OAC); Baldwin Wallace (7-2 Overall, 3-1 OAC).

Meet Highlights

• Sophomore Abby Leatherman (Findlay/Van Buren) and freshman Catherine Greenlee (Fort Wayne, Ind./Carroll) each won two events to lead the Polar Bears.
• Leatherman won the 200 free in 2:06.30 and the 200 breast in 2:37.41.
• Greenlee won the 50 free in :25.21 and the 100 free in :55.73.
• Sophomore Kate Kalmanowicz (New Freedom, Pa./Susquehannock) won the 400 I.M. in 5:08.18.

Notables

• The meet consisted of 13 events, including nine individual races, two diving events and two relays.
• Austin Veltman is 33-34 in his eighth season as head coach of the Polar Bears.
