Bio
VaShawn Walker is in his second season as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Ohio Northern University in 2025-26.
Walker joined ONU in October of 2024 after serving as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Wittenberg, where he oversaw the physical preparation of eight athletic programs. During his tenure, he contributed to three North Coast Athletic Conference Championship teams.
Prior to his time at Wittenberg, Walker gained valuable experience through internships at Elon in 2023 and Florida Atlantic in 2022.
A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan, Walker earned his bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Kinetics while competing as a member of the Battling Bishops track and field program.
