ADRIAN, Mich. — Freshman Adrian Pigg (Dublin/Scioto) won the 149-pound weight class title going 3-0 to lead the Ohio Northern wrestling reserve squad at the Adrian Futures Invitational on Saturday.

  • Freshman Dean Poppy (Worthington) went 2-2 and placed 5th at 157.
  • Sophomore Hunter Buckland (Wadsworth) went 2-3 and placed 6th at 165.
  • Sophomore Ethan Bartlett (Newbury/West Geauga) placed 6th with a 1-3 record at 157.
