Senior Annika Neumann named OAC Women's Golfer of the Week

ADA — Senior Annika Neumann (Valley City/Avon) was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Golf Player of the Week for the week of March 30-April 5.
Neumann won Medalist honors to lead the Ohio Northern women's golf team to a victory over Muskingum at the Polar Bear Classic on a chilly Friday at Colonial Golfers Club.
Neumann was first out of 23 golfers with a 78 to earn Medalist honors for the second time in seven tournaments this season.
This marks the second time this season she has won the award after being honored on March 23.
The Polar Bears will return to action at Heidelberg on Saturday.
