Women's Basketball receives votes in D3hoops.com, WBCA polls

ADA — The Ohio Northern women's basketball team received votes in this week's D3hoops.com Top 25 and WBCA Division III Top 25 polls.
The Polar Bears received 12 voting points in the D3hoops.com poll and seven points in the WBCA poll.
Previously, Northern was ranked No. 10 in the D3hooops.com poll and No. 17 in the WBCA poll.
NYU, Transylvania (Ky.) and Christopher Newport (Va.) are the top three teams in this week's D3hoops.com poll. Transylvania leads the WBCA poll followed by NYU and Christopher Newport.
The Polar Bears (1-3 overall, 0-0 OAC) are set to open Ohio Athletic Conference play on Saturday hosting John Carroll at 2 p.m.
