Bio
Jason Fisher is in his sixth season as an assistant coach for men’s and women’s track and field in 2025.
Fisher works primarily with the throwers.
In 2022, 2023 and 2024, Fisher helped coach Keegan Digby to three conasecutive Ohio Athletic Conference titles in the indoor and outdoor shot put events. Digby owns five All-American accolades, placing 2nd outdoors and third indoors in 2024.
Digby was named the USTFCCCA Great Lakes Region Field Athlete of the Year for both the indoor and outdoor seasons in 2023.
Fisher also helped coach Izzy Burman to OAC Championships in the weight throw and shot put (twice), USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the indoor weight throw in 2023 and sa spot in the NCAA III Indoor Championships in the weight throw in 2024.
He came to ONU in 2020 after four seasons as a throws coach for Bluffton University and two more as a throws coach at Parkway High School.
Fisher was a four-year letterman in track and field at Bluffton, earning All-Conference accolades in track and field and football for the Beavers.
He received his bachelor's degree in sports management from Bluffton in 2011.
