Friday's Meet: The Ohio Northern men's track and field team will compete at the Baldwin Wallace Harrison Dillard Twilight Meet on Friday at Finnie Stadium ... Field events will start at 2 pm while running events are at 4 pm ... Athletes from all 10 OAC schools are expected to compete at the non-scoring meet ... The meet is one of two last chance meets ONU will compete in to try make the NCAA III Championships field which includes the top 19 individuals in each event ... The Polar Bears are coming off a third place finish at the OAC Championships last weekend at Heidelberg ... Senior Sam Krabacher won the OAC title in the 800-meter run and junior Andrew Buderer won his second consecutive OAC crown in the pole vault ... On the national level, the NCAA announced field sizes of 17 individuals and 14 relay teams for the 2021 NCAA Championships May 27-29 at Greensboro, N.C. ... Two Polar Bears are currently listed in the top-17 in their respective events ... Junior Nate Dean currently ranks 17th in the 200 with a season-best time of :21.63 and Buderer is 15th in the Pole Vault (4.79 meters) ... Five more Polar Bears are within striking range of qualifying in other events ... Senior Owen Lloyd is 33rd in the 110 hurdles (:14.94) ... Senior Travis Sutter is 33rd in the 3,000 Steeplechase (9:31.48) ... Junior Luke Shellhaas is 44th in the pole vault (4.56m) ... Freshman Keegan Digby is 41st in the shot put (15.06m).
