Peyton Specht named OAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week

ADA – Ohio Northern senior Peyton Specht (Munster, Ind.) was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Week for the week of March 17-23.
The recognition comes after winning 6-1, 6-1 at No. 1 singles and 6-3 at No. 1 doubles in a 7-0 vicory over Franklin (Ind.) on Saturday.
Specht is tied for the team lead with 9 doubles wins this season. In his career, he has a 114-76 overall record, including a 53-41 singles mark and a 61-35 doubles mark.
This is Specht's sixth time receiving the honor in his career.
The Polar Bears (6-5 overall) return to action on Saturday when they host DePauw (Ind.) (7-6 overall) at 11 a.m.
