Men's Soccer receives votes in fourth United Soccer Coaches poll

ADA — The Ohio Northern men's soccer team received votes in the fourth United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III Top 25 Poll of the 2022 season, which was released on Tuesday.
Northern is listed sixth among teams in the "Also receiving votes" category, putting the Polar Bears at No. 31 in the poll.
Chicago (Ill.) is the top-ranked team in the poll.
Messiah (Pa.), Stevens Institute of Technology (N.J.), Kenyon and Johns Hopkins (Md.) round out the top five.
Additionally, ONU is ranked No. 3 in the fourth United Soccer Coaches Region VII poll of the season, trailing Kenyon and Carnegie Mellon (Pa.), the latter of which is ranked No. 14 nationally.
Northern faced Kenyon and Carnegie Mellon earlier this season, falling 6-2 to the former and tying 1-1 with the latter.
The Polar Bears (6-2-2 overall) are currently riding a seven-game unbeaten streak and return to play on Wednesday at Otterbein at 7 p.m.
