ADA — Fifth-year senior Bryan Kern (Rocky River) accounted for the entirety of the scoring in leading the Ohio Northern men's soccer team to a 2-0 win over Rose-Hulman (Ind.) on Saturday at Kerscher Stadium.
Winners of four straight shutout games, the Polar Bears improve to 5-2-0 overall while dropping the Fightin' Engineers to 4-1-2.
After a scoreless first half in which each team attempted five shots, Kern put Northern up 1-0 in the 53rd minute with a goal assisted by sophomore Ryan Parker (Lexington).
