Studer, Maag, Molton named Academic All-District in Men's Basketball by College Sports Communicators

ADA — Senior Mason Studer (Galion/Colonel Crawford) and juniors Theo Maag (Ottawa/Ottawa Glandorf) and Adisa Molton (South Euclid/Gilmour) were named Academic All-District in men's basketball for the 2025-26 season by the College Sports Communicators.
To be eligible for Academic All-District honors, each student-athlete must have at least a 3.5 GPA and must have played in 90 percent or started 66 percent of his or her team's games in a season.
Studer, a finance and accounting double major, is now a three-time Academic All-District honoree.
Studer started all 27 games for the Polar Bears at guard in his final season and averaged 5.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.5 steals per game.
In his career, Studer has 498 points, 262 rebounds, 171 assists and 104 steals.
Maag and Molton are both first-time Academic All-District honorees.
Maag started in 26 of ONU's 27 games this season and averaged 11.7 points and 5.8 rebounds per game.
In three years at ONU, the civil engineering major has 591 points, 286 rebounds, 60 assists and 29 steals.
Molton, a finance major, played in 25 games this season, averaging 2.7 points, 1.2 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game.
In his first season at ONU, Molton had 67 points, 29 rebounds, 29 assists and 14 steals.
The Polar Bears ended the season 18-9 overall and finished third in the OAC with a 12-4 league record under first-year head coach and OAC Co-Coach of the Year Jon Tropf.
