Men's Basketball sees 7-game win streak come to an end with an 80-64 at Muskingum

NEW CONCORD — The Ohio Northern men's basketball team saw its 7-game win streak come to an end with a with an 80-64 loss at Muskingum on Saturday afternoon.
- Records: Ohio Northern (15-8 Overall, 10-4 OAC), Muskingum (15-7 Overall, 7-7 OAC).
- Venue: Steele Center — New Concord, Ohio.
The Game
- Sophomore Aiden Harris (Pandora Gilboa) lead the way with 15 points and 6 rebounds.
- Senior Will Miller (Ottoville) added 10 points.
- Duane Davis led the Muskies with 20 points.
- MU ended the half on a 22-9 run over the final 8:39 to turn a slim 18-15 lead into a 40-24 halftime advantage.
- A 10-2 to start the second half for the Muskies capped the 34-11 run and grew their lead to 50-26 with 15:47 left to play.
- Harris knocked down a 3-pointer to end a 19-6 run that brought the lead down to 67-51 with 6:00 to go.
- Ohio Northern was 19-of-58 from the floor for 32.8 percent and made 6-of-20 three-pointers for 30.0 percent, while Muskingum finished 23-of-46 from the field for 50.0 percent and 9-of-17 from three-point range for 52.9 percent.
- ONU made 20-of-32 free throws for 62.5 percent and MU was 25-of-30 from the foul line for 83.3 percent.
- Muskingum outrebounded the Polar Bears 38-29.
