Kourtney Wilson

Bio

Kourtney Wilson was named the Assistant Director of Athletics and Senior Woman Administrator at Ohio Northern in August of 2022.

Then after a successful 2023-24 school year for the Athletic Department, Wilson was named the 2024 Female Administrator of the Year through the Ohio Athletic Conference. 

In November of 2025 she was promoted to Associate Director of Athletics. 

Wilson comes to ONU after a 10-year stint as head volleyball coach at Indiana Tech, where she was also the Assistant Athletic Director and Senior Woman Administrator from 2020-22.

She graduated summa cum laude from Cleveland State with a bachelor's degree in elementary education in 2012 and earned a master's degree in organizational leadership from Indiana Tech in 2014.

In 10 seasons as head coach at Indiana Tech, she surpassed 200 wins for her career and currently ranks as the winningest coach in program history. She was also named WHAC Coach of the Year for the 2021 season.

She coached 61 WHAC All-Academic Team members, 41 NAIA Scholar-Athletes, 33 All-WHAC selections, five WHAC All-Freshman Team honorees, eight AVCA All-Mideast selections, five NAIA All-Americans, and three WHAC Libero of the Year winners.

Prior to her coaching stint at Indiana Tech, she was a four-year member of the volleyball team at Cleveland State.

A native of Galion, Ohio, she currently lives in Lima, Ohio, with her husband, Darrin Wilson and their two children, Parker and Ryan.
