This Week's Preview: The Ohio Northern women's track and field team will send six individuals to compete in the two-day Gregory Invitational at North Central (Ill.) Wednesday and Thursday, the final qualifying meet for the 2019 NCAA Championships ... Senior thrower Tia Harris will compete at 11 a.m. on Wednesday in the women's hammer throw and roughly 4 p.m. in the shot put on Thursday afternoon ... Junior All-American Maggie Krause and junior Allison Stevens will compete in the pole vault competition while senior Mallory Weininger competes in the high jump at 2 p.m. on Wednesday ... On Thursday, senior Avery Ewing runs in the 800-meter field at 7:15 p.m., and classmate Taylor Fisher rounds out the action in the 400-meter hurdles at 7:40 p.m. ... On the NCAA Division III national performance list, Krause and Stevens are tied for ninth and tied for 41st in the pole vault at 3.82 meters (12' 6.25") and 3.56 meters (11' 8"), respectively ... Harris ranks 46th overall in the shot put with her school record throw of 12.92 meters (42' 4.75") ... Meanwhile, senior Avery Ewing ranks 50th in the 800-meter run with a 2:15.70 clocking ... The top 22 individual performances in the country will book a spot at the 2019 NCAA Division Championships to be held at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio from May 23-25.
