Gabrielle Metzner named OAC Women's Runner of the Week

ADA -- Sophomore Gabrielle Metzner has been named OAC women's runner of the week.

At the Kenyon Invitational on Saturday, Metzner notched two top-three finishes to lead the Polar Bears to a fifth place finish.

Metzner finished second in the 200-meter dash, posting a time off 27.90 seconds.

She also notched a third place finish in the 100-meter hurdles in 15.63 seconds.

Ohio Northern will return to action on Friday and Saturday, when it competes at the OAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, hosted by Mount Union.
