Alison Steinbrunner qualifies to compete at 2012 NCAA III Outdoor Track & Field Championships in 10,000-meter run

ADA — Junior All-American Alison Steinbrunner (New Carlisle/Tecumseh) qualified for the NCAA Division III Track & Field Championships in Claremont, Cal., Thu.-Sat.
Steinbrunner is ranked No. 5 in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 35:44.61.
She will run the 10k Thursday evening at 6:25 pm (9:25 EST).
Steinbrunner also qualified for the Championships meet in the 5,000-meter run, but will not compete in the event. She would have been seeded 16th in 17:04.47.
