Marcus Willis enters his third year as an assistant coach for the Ohio Northern men’s lacrosse program.
Willis comes joined the Polar Bear staff after a season as an assistant coach at Westerville High School.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in public health from Otterbein in 2016, where he enjoyed a stellar four-year career on the lacrosse team. During his time at Otterbein, Willis was a three-time All-Ohio Athletic Conference honoree, earning First-Team honors in 2015 and 2016 and Honorable Mention status in 2014.
He was also a team captain, a Co-OAC Offensive Player of the Year, and a Second-Team All-Region selection during his senior season in 2016.
After graduation, Willis was a child nutrition programs associate for the Westerville Area Resource Ministry, where he also worked as an undergrad.
