OBERLIN — The Ohio Northern women’s tennis team wrapped up its fall schedule at the ITA Regional Tournament Sat.-Mon. at Oberlin College.

The Polar Bears were led by Kristin Timperman, Kaitlyn Macdonald, Bridget Larson and Jacki Hillis.

ADA — The Ohio Northern women's tennis team knocked off two area opponents Tuesday in the ONU-Adidas Classic at the University Courts.

The Polar Bears (2-0) began the day with an 8-1 victory over Northwestern Ohio Tuesday afternoon, then blanked Bluffton 9-0 Tuesday night..

The Racers fall to 1-2, while the Beavers fall to 1-10.

OBERLIN — Jacki Hillis, Kristin Timperman and Katie Gibbs each won flight championships to lead the Ohio Northern women’s tennis team at the non-scoring Oberlin Invitational Saturday and Sunday.

Hillis won the Singles Pink Flight (No. 6 singles), defeating Teitelbaum of Oberlin 7-6(4), 6-2; Marshall of Baldwin-Wallace 7-5, 6-1 and Robertson of Oberlin 6-1, 6-3.
