No. 20 Ohio Northern opens spring schedule with 354-360 win at Webber International (Fla.)

HAINES CITY, Fla. — The No. 20-ranked Ohio Northern women's golf team opened its 2008 spring schedule with a 354-360 victory at Webber International (Fla.) Wednesday afternoon at Grenelefe Golf & Tennis Resort's East Course.

Meagan Brennan led the Polar Bears (37-4) with an 81.

Kaylea Thresher carded an 86, Megan Russell had a 92 and Ashley Johnson carded a 95 for Ohio Northern.

The Warriors were led by Cassie Dull, who tied Brannan for Medalist honors with an 81.

The Polar Bears will return to action March 29-30 at the Mount Union Invitational.
