"We had a great day today, with some great season best times and a few lifetime bests," ONU head coach Peggy Ewqald said. "The goal of this meet was to learn to swim fast in the middle of the season without a taper. It's the mental challenge to throw on a fast suit and just step up and race without shaving and tapering. We're learning to do this. I'm pleased with our performances thus far in the meet and expect to learn what we need to do the second half of our season as we look to February's OAC Championships."
