No. 11 Polar Bears win All-Ohio Championships

DELAWARE — The No. 11-ranked Ohio Northern men’s cross country team won its second consecutive meet on Friday, taking the 20-team All-Ohio Championships at Ohio Wesleyan.

ONU (60-11) finished with 54 points, No. 22 Mount Union was second with 88, No. 32 Heidelberg was third with 90 and No. 24 Case Western Reserve was fourth with 92.

Thomas Adam led the Polar Bears with a fourth place finish in 26:57.

Alan Bowsher was ninth in 27:17, Eric Porter was 12th in 27:22, Paul Lewis was 13th in 27:27 and Jimmy O'Brien was 16th in 27:39.

Dominic Smith of Case Western won the individual race in 26:14.

The Polar Bears will be back in action next Saturday at the Bowling Green Invitational.
